水中歩行と陸上歩行を行った際の持続血糖測定を用いたTime in rangeを評価し、水中歩行後の血糖変動やその変動に対する水中歩行特有の静水圧等の影響を明らかにすること

To evaluate time in range using Continuous Glucose Monitoring during water walking and land walking, and to clarify the effects of hydrostatic pressure and other factors specific to water walking on blood glucose fluctuations after water walking and its fluctuations.

・腎症（Cr>1.768mmol/L）
・重度自律神経障害
・四肢切断
・重度心血管疾患および脳血管疾患を有する者
・研究参加に必要な説明内容を理解し、同意を得ることが困難と判断される者
