うつ病を有する女性およびそのパートナーが安心して妊娠に向けた準備ができるように、プレコンセプションケア（妊娠前からのケア）のプログラムを作成し、その有効性を検証すること

The aim of this study is to develop a preconception care program for women with depression and their partners, to support them in preparing for pregnancy with a sense of security, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the program.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
うつ病と診断されている女性とそのパートナーを対象とするが、女性の適格基準は(1)～(7)、パートナーの適格基準は(4)～(7)である。
(1) うつ病と診断されている
(2) 抗うつ薬を服用している
(3) 妊娠を考えている
(4) うつ病と診断されている女性およびそのパートナーの両者とも参加が可能である
(5) インターネット接続により動画視聴及びアンケート入力が可能な方
(6) 18才以上
(7) 同意が得られる

Women diagnosed with depression and their partners will be included, with eligibility criteria for women being (1)-(7) and for partners being (4)-(7). The eligibility criteria for women are (1) through (7), and those for their partners are (4) through (7).
(1) Diagnosed with depression
(2) Taking antidepressants
(3) Is contemplating pregnancy
(4) Both the woman diagnosed with depression and her partner are eligible to participate.
(5) Able to view the video and complete the survey via internet connection
(6) 18 years of age or older
(7) Consent is obtained.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

女性の除外基準のみ示す。パートナーについての除外基準は設けない。
(1)自殺念慮や自殺企図がひっ迫している等精神状態が不安定な方
(2)登録時妊娠中の方

(1) Patients with unstable mental status such as suicidal thoughts or imminent suicide attempts.
