主な結果/Results

全身麻酔手術総数は644件、女性は389人（60.4％）、男性は255人（39.6％）であった。口腔外科学会手術難易度別区分表のレベルはⅠ～Ⅳに分類され、各症例数はレベルⅠ(基本)が17件（2.6％）、レベルⅡ（中難易度）が338件（52.5％）、レベルⅢ（高難度）が288件（44.7％）、レベルⅣ（超高難度）が1件（0.2％）であった。代表症例のひとつであるLe FortⅠ型骨切り術＋下顎枝状分割術の平均出血量は195ml、手術時間は4時間12分であった。

At Tokyo Dental College, there are 644 cases of operations under general anesthesia. The level of operation of Oral and maxillofacial surgery is indicated, and the levels are separated into four types.
There are 17 cases as Level 1, 338 cases as Level 2, 288 cases as Level 3, and one case as Level 4. The average bleeding of orthognathic surgery, as one representative case at Tokyo Dental College Suidoubashi Hospital, is approximately 195ml, and the operation time is four hours and twelve minutes.

調査項目は手術統計データの項目より、手術件数、性別、年齢を調査、手術術式を口腔外科学会手術難易度別区分表においてレベル別に分類した。特に症例数が多いレベルの代表手術症例においては平均手術時間、平均出血量を調査し、それぞれ検討を行った。
