・歩行変動性を測定している
・計測器付きの歩行分析装置または加速度計を用いて歩行計測されている
・アウトカムが自立歩行、歩行速度、バランス、自己効力感、転倒である
・英語または日本語で執筆されている

Patients with stroke.
Measures gait variability.
Gait is measured using an instrumented gait analysis device or accelerometer.
Outcomes are independent walking, walking speed, balance, self-efficacy, and falls.
Written in English or Japanese.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・18歳未満
・機能的歩行を測定している研究(TUG、旋回、段差昇降、摂動誘発、ステップ時)
・学会抄録やレビュー論文、症例報告などの原著論文以外の記事

Under 18 years of age.
Studies measuring functional gait (TUG, turning, step climbing, perturbation induction, stepping, dual-task walking).
Conference abstracts, review articles, case report, and other non-original articles.

データベースは、Pubmed、Wos、CINAHL、MEDLINE、Scopus、PEDro、医学中央雑誌を用いて検索する。検索は、フリーキーワードとシソーラス用語を組み合わせて行う。曝露因子は歩行変動性とする。アウトカムとして自立歩行、歩行速度、バランス、自己効力感、転倒とする。

Databases will be searched using Pubmed, Wos, CINAHL, MEDLINE, Scopus, PEDro, and Igaku Chuo Zasshi (ICHUSHI). Searches will be conducted using a combination of free keywords and thesaurus terms. The exposure factor will be gait variability. Outcomes will be independent walking, walking speed, balance, self-efficacy, and falls.
