日本語
消防士の消防活動中における暑熱ストレスは極めて高いことが知られており、本邦消防においても暑熱順化トレーニングを実施する必要性があると考えられます。実際、本邦消防においては様々な暑熱順化プロトコルの立案とその効果検定が行われてきましたが、現在まで実施されてきた暑熱順化トレーニングの多くは環境制御室に代表されるような室内かつ、連続的な日程で実施されており、現場での実装にはまだ課題（例：毎日トレーニングができない・実験室へのアクセスがない等）が残ります。そこで本研究においては本邦消防の屋外環境における非連続的な暑熱順化トレーニングの効果を検討するとこを目的としました。

それに加えて、現場での暑熱順化トレーニングの障壁として、従来の暑熱順化の暑熱順化の効果測定における安静時及び運動中の深部体温の測定があげられます。ただ、深部体温の測定は侵襲性が高く、より簡易な方法で暑熱順化の効果測定が可能になることが望まれています。暑熱順化の効果として汗中ナトリウムの低下が挙げられているため、本研究では、深部体温の変化と発汗の推移を同時に観察することによって、「汗」に着目した際の暑熱順化トレーニングの効果測定の妥当性について検討も行うこととしました。
本研究の屋外環境における非連続的な暑熱順化トレーニングプロトコルの立案と「汗」に着目した暑熱順化の効果測定が可能になることによって、現場における暑熱順化トレーニング実施を容易にすると考えます。

It is well known that heat stress during firefighting activities is extremely high, and it is considered necessary to implement heat acclimatization training in Japanese fire services. Various heat acclimatization protocols have been developed and tested for their effectiveness in Japanese fire services. However, most existing protocols were carried out indoors, such as in controlled environment rooms, for consecutive days. This presents challenges for field implementation (e.g., inability to train every day, lack of access to laboratories). Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of intermittent heat acclimatization training for Japanese fire services in outdoor environments.

Additionally, we aim to examine the shift of sodium contents in participants' sweat, and explore its validity as a surrogate measure for heat acclimatization evaluation.

４週間の暑熱順化トレーニング前後の評価において、暑熱順化の完了を示す、①20mシャトルランテストの向上、汗中ナトリウム量の減少、および、安静時深部体温の低下の有無を検討する。

At pre- and post- four-week heat acclimatization training, we will examine the following variables: improvement in the 20m shuttle run test, decrease in sodium levels in sweat, presence or absence of a reduction in resting deep body temperature.

暑熱馴化トレーニングおよびパフォーマンストレーニングを実施するにあたり、運動を大きく妨げる等な整形外科的または内科的疾患を持っていない、健康的な男性。

A healthy male who does not have orthopedic or internal medical conditions that would significantly interfere with exercise

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

暑熱馴化トレーニングおよびパフォーマンストレーニングを実施するにあたり、運動を大きく妨げる等な整形外科的または内科的疾患を持つ者、女性、体温センサーピルを用いた深部体温測定が不可能と判定されたもの、ヨウ素アレルギーがある者

Individuals with orthopedic or internal medical conditions significantly interfering with exercise, females, those deemed unable to undergo deep body temperature measurement using temperature sensor pills, and individuals with iodine allergies
