人工膝関節置換術を行っている者
変形性膝関節症以外に下肢の感覚や運動機能に重大な影響を及ぼす疾患や障害を有している者
歩行に介助が必要である者

Those who have a disease or disorder other than knee osteoarthritis that significantly affects the sensation or motor function of the lower limbs
