介入グループの参加者は、コントロール群で実施された通常のリハビリテーションに加えて、足指を圧迫する筋力トレーニングを受ける。12週間の介入。足指でバランスマットを圧迫する介入を10回×3セット（1回5秒）。足指圧迫力トレーニングには、バランスパッド（AMB-ELITE、AIREX社、スイス）を使用。

Participants in the intervention group underwent toe pressure strength training in addition to the usual rehabilitation carried out in the control group. 12-week intervention. 10 repetitions x 3 sets (5 seconds per repetition) of pressure on the balance mat with the toes. For toe pressure strength training, we used balance pad (AMB-ELITE, AIREX, Switzerland).

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

本研究では、通所リハビリテーションを利用している要介護高齢者を登録する。参加者の選択基準は、介護保険の要介護認定を受けていること、通所リハビリテーションを利用していること、65歳以上であることとする。

In this study, we registered older adults requiring long-term care who were using day care rehabilitation. The selection criteria for participants were as follows: participants who had received a long-term care insurance certification, participants who used day care rehabilitation, and participants who were 65 years of age or older.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

除外基準は、認知症の診断を受けた参加者、精神障害の診断を受けた参加者、立ち上がりや歩行に介助が必要な参加者とする。

The exclusion criteria were participants with a dementia diagnosis, participants with a mental disorder diagnosis, and participants who need help to stand up or walk.
