日本語
本研究は、皮膚がんの早期発見および早期治療を目指し、受診動機を向上させるための啓発活動の有効性を評価することを目的とする。具体的には、パンフレットの配布や講演などの啓発活動を行う前後で、受診動機にどのような変化が生じたかをアンケート調査に基づき分析する。効果的な啓発活動の手法を特定し、より多くの患者が早期に受診するための施策を見極めることが期待される。

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of awareness campaigns designed to enhance motivation for medical consultation, with the goal of promoting early detection and treatment of skin cancer. Specifically, we will analyze changes in participants' motivation to seek medical attention before and after educational interventions, such as the distribution of informational pamphlets and public lectures, using questionnaire-based surveys. The findings are expected to identify effective strategies for public awareness, thereby facilitating timely consultation and diagnosis among a broader population.

介入はパンフレット配布、講演、ホームページ・メディアによる疾患啓発活動である。期間は2025年3月から2026年12月まで。対象施設での通常診療の一環として1回以上実施され、患者は受診時にその影響を受ける可能性がある。啓発活動の頻度や回数は施設ごとに異なるが、一定期間内に継続的に実施される。

The intervention consists of disease awareness activities, including pamphlet distribution, public lectures, and information dissemination through websites and media. These activities will be conducted from March 2025 to December 2026 as part of routine clinical practice at participating facilities. Patients may be exposed to the intervention during their visit. The frequency and number of activities vary by facility, but they will be implemented continuously within the study period.

Patients with skin tumors who visited or will visit the participating institution(s) between June 2024 and December 31, 2026, and responded to the questionnaire or are expected to respond
