介入は、オンライン上で、10時から16時までの全１回のセッションを実施する。講義および演習と個人ワーク・グループワークを含む形式とし、1回2から7名程度で介入者が実施する。

The intervention will be conducted online in one session from 10:00 to 16:00. The format will include lectures, exercises, individual work, and group work, and will be conducted by an interventionist with approximately 2 to 7 people per session.

患者からの言語的暴力被害により陰性感情を抱いた経験がある、または現在も抱いている看護師経験年数・精神科経験年数ともに1から3年目の20代の看護師

Nurses in their 20s with 1 to 3 years of nursing and psychiatric experience who have experienced or currently experience negative emotions due to verbal violence from patients
