PD患者に対する筆圧を意識した筆記訓練が、書字障害、PD症状、PDに関連した筆圧・筆記、PD関連症状を変化（改善）させるかどうかを検討する。

① 事前検査(30分):書字の確認や筆圧などの以下の各種評価指標を測定
② 筆圧を意識した書字トレーニング(60分):筆圧を意識した書字トレーニング
③ 上記のトレーニング後検査(30分):トレーニング後の書字確認、各種評価指標を測定

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

① 同意取得時において年齢が55歳以上65歳以下
② ｢MDSパーキンソン病(PD)の臨床診断基準(2015年)｣に準じて、パーキンソン病(臨床的確定例または　臨床的ほぼ確実例)と診断されている患者、または、前駆期パーキンソン病の診断基準を満たしている患者
③ 性別：不問
④ 入院・外来：不問
⑤ 本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、研究対象者本人の自由 意思による文書同意が得られた患者
⑥ 書字が可能な患者

1) Age between 55 and 65 years old at the time of consent.
2) Patients who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease (clinically established or clinically almost certain) according to the 'MDS-PD Criteria (2015)' or who meet the diagnostic criteria for prodromal stage Parkinson's disease.
3) Gender: any gender
4) Inpatient/outpatient:No preference
5) Patients who have been fully informed about their participation in the study, and who have given their free and voluntary written consent based on their full understanding of the study.
6) Patients who are able to write.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
① 本研究の手順に従うことができない患者
② 書字困難の患者
③ 以下のいずれかの合併症を有する患者
重篤な合併症(脳血管障害、心疾患、慢性呼吸器疾患、コントロール不良の高血圧及び糖尿病など)
④ その他、研究責任者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した患者

1) Patients who are unable to follow the procedures of this study
2) Patients with writing difficulties
3) Patients with any of the following complications
Serious complications (cerebrovascular disease, cardiac disease, chronic respiratory disease, uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes mellitus, etc.)
4) Other patients deemed inappropriate as research subjects by the principal investigator.
