ジュニアスイマーへの2週間の呼吸筋トレーニング介入とその中止 (2週間) が呼吸機能と泳パフォーマンスに及ぼす影響を検討する。

We will examine the effects of a two-week intervention of respiratory muscle training for junior swimmers and the cessation of this intervention (for two weeks) on respiratory function and swimming performance.
