日本語
急性運動時には身体疲労だけでなく脳内の生化学的変化が生じ、特に脳内乳酸濃度の変動は中枢性疲労と関連しうるが評価には侵襲的手法が必要とされる。疲労状態では不随意的な表情変化が生じるものの、これらと脳内生化学的変化の関連性は解明されていない。本研究は急性運動による脳内乳酸濃度の変化と表情変化の関連性を調査し、特徴的な表情パターンが脳内乳酸レベルを反映するバイオマーカーとなる可能性を検証する。

During acute exercise, not only does physical fatigue occur, but biochemical changes also take place in the brain. Particularly, fluctuations in brain lactate concentration may be related to central fatigue, though invasive methods are required for assessment. While involuntary facial expression changes occur during states of fatigue, the relationship between these changes and biochemical changes in the brain remains unclear. This study investigates the relationship between changes in brain lactate concentration and facial expressions during acute exercise, and examines the possibility that characteristic facial patterns may serve as biomarkers reflecting brain lactate levels.
