心房細動アブレーション中に、肺静脈以外の右房または左房に心房頻拍・粗動、非肺静脈起源、不整脈基が疑われる場合にパルスフィールドアブレーションを用いて追加通電を行う。

During atrial fibrillation ablation, additional application with pulsed-field ablation is performed if atrial tachycardia/flutter, non-pulmonary venous origin, or arrhythmia substrate is suspected in the right or left atrium other than the pulmonary vein.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

以下のすべての項目を満たすものとする。
1) 心房細動（持続期間は問わない）に対してアブレーションを施行する患者。
2) 同意取得時／登録日において年齢が18歳以上かつ90歳以下の女性／男性。

All of the following must be met
1) Patients undergoing ablation for atrial fibrillation (of any duration).
2) Female/male patients who are at least 18 years old and less than 90 years old at the time of consent/enrollment.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

以下の項目のいずれかに該当する場合は除外する。
1) 抗凝固療法が禁忌の患者。
2) 左房内血栓が認められる。
3) その他、研究責任者または分担研究者が本研究を実施するのに不適当と判断した患者。

Patients should be excluded if any of the following apply
1) Patients with contraindications to anticoagulation.
2) Patients with evidence of thrombus in the left atrium.
3) Other patients who are judged by the principal investigator or co-investigators to be inappropriate for this study.
