回復期リハビリテーション病棟の大腿骨近位部骨折術後患者を対象とし、朝食前の手浴による対象者の回復意欲の量的変化に快反応、および回復への意欲(質)がどのように関連しているかその特徴を記述する。

This study evaluated how quantitative changes in patients' motivation for recovery relate to their pleasant responses to hand bathing before breakfast, and the qualitative aspects of recovery motivation in patients with hip fractures in a subacute inpatient rehabilitation unit.

1) 大腿骨近位部骨折術後患者
2) 経口で食事を摂取している
3) 端坐位で手洗いから食事摂取までの動作が可能である
4) 意思疎通が可能であり、言語によるコミュニケーションが十分に行える

1) Patients who have undergone surgery for a hip fracture
2) Patients capable of consuming oral meals during breakfast
3) Patients capable of performing movements such as sitting on the edge of their bed, washing their hands, and eating
4) Patients who could express themselves adequately through meaningful verbal communication
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

手洗い動作や食事動作で苦痛症状を訴える患者
