選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

（1）要介護、要支援の認定を受けていない高齢者
（2）20本以上の歯を有している者、または、20本以上歯を有していなくても補綴治療（入れ歯やクラウン、ブリッジなどの人工物で歯を補う治療）を終えている

(1) Elderly people who have not been certified as needing nursing care or assistance
(2) Those who have 20 or more teeth, or those who do not have 20 or more teeth but have completed prosthetic treatment (treatment to replace teeth with artificial objects such as dentures, crowns, or bridges).
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

（1）経口摂取ができない者
（2）認知障害、精神障害、脳血管障害など研究に参加することで心身の障害をきたす恐れがある者
（3）その他、研究者が不適当と判断した者

(2) Those who are at risk of suffering from mental or physical disabilities due to participation in the study, such as cognitive disabilities, psychiatric disorders, or cerebrovascular disorders.
(3) Other individuals who the researcher deems inappropriate
