1) 総胆管小結石
2) バルーン内視鏡下ERCPを予定された術後再建腸管例
3) 十二指腸乳頭を有する
英語
1) Patients with small common bile duct stones
2) Patients with surgically altered anatomy
3) Patients with the duodenal papilla
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1) 経十二指腸乳頭的アプローチ以外
2) 胆道再建が施行されている
3) 胆管狭窄例
4) 十二指腸乳頭腫瘍を含む胆道腫瘍を合併する例
5) 重症胆管炎を合併している例
6) 膵炎を合併している例
7) すでに何らかの乳頭処置が施行されている症例
8) 担当医師により研究実施が不適当と判断された患者

1) Patients having difficulty in transpapillary approach
2) Patients with biliary reconstruction
3) Patients with biliary stricture
4) Patients with biliary tumor
5) Patients with severe cholangitis
6) Patients with pancreatitis
7) Patients who have undergone endoscopic sphincterotomy or papillary balloon dilation
8) Inappropriate patients for entry on this study in the judgement of their research investigator or physician
