6. スクリーニング検査時のMMSEのスコアが24点以上の者

7. スクリーニング検査時のCognitraxにおける言語記憶力および視覚記憶力の有効性指標がいずれも「はい」である者

8. スクリーニング検査時のCognitraxにおける言語記憶力の標準化スコアが低い者

8. Individuals who have a low standardized score in verbal memory of the Cognitrax at Scr

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 悪性腫瘍、心不全、心筋梗塞の治療中もしくは既往歴がある者

2. ペースメーカーや植え込み型除細動器を埋め込んでいる者

3. 以下の慢性疾患で治療中の者
不整脈、肝障害、慢性腎臓病、脳血管障害、リウマチ性疾患、糖尿病、脂質異常症、高血圧症、その他の慢性疾患

4. 特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品を摂取している者

5. 医薬品 (漢方薬を含む) ・サプリメントを摂取/使用している者

6. アレルギー (医薬品・試験品関連食品) がある者、特に黒糖、サトウキビアレルギーがある者

7. 妊娠中、授乳中、あるいは試験期間中に妊娠する意思のある者

8. 同意取得日以前の28日間において他の臨床試験に参加していた者、あるいは試験期間中に参加予定のある者

9. 認知症に罹患している者

10. うつ病や注意欠陥・多動性障害 (ADHD) 等の精神疾患の既往歴がある者

11. DHA・EPA、イチョウ葉エキス、トコトリエノール、アスタキサンチン、GABA、ホスファチジルセリン、プラズマローゲン等、認知機能に影響する可能性のある食品やサプリメントを日常的に摂取している者

12. イワシ、サバ、サンマ等の青魚を週4日以上摂取している者

13. 認知機能に影響する可能性がある器具、機器、アプリ等を使用している者 (例: 脳トレパズル、脳トレゲーム等)

14. 夜勤等で睡眠時間および睡眠習慣が不規則な者

15. 喫煙習慣がある者、または同意取得日の3ヶ月以内に禁煙を始めた者

16. 日常的に多量 (60 g/日以上) のアルコールを摂取している者

17. 生活習慣が不規則な者 (食事習慣、運動習慣、睡眠習慣など)

18. 花粉症の者

19. その他、試験責任医師が本試験の対象として不適切と判断した者

英語
Individuals who
1.are under medical treatment or have a history of malignant tumor, heart failure, or myocardial infarction

2. have a pacemaker or an implantable cardioverter defibrillator

3. are under medical treatment for cardiac arrhythmia, liver disorder, chronic kidney disease, cerebrovascular disorder, rheumatic disease, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, hypertension, or any other chronic diseases

4. take "Foods for Specified Health Uses" or "Foods with Functional Claims"

5. take or use medications (including herbal medicines) or supplements

6. are allergic to medicines and foods related to the test product, particularly who show allergic reactions to brown sugar and sugarcane

7. are pregnant, lactating, or planning to become pregnant during this study

8. have been enrolled in other clinical studies within the last 28 days before the agreement to participate in this study or plan to participate in another study during this study

9. have dementia

10. have a history of depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, or other psychiatric disorders

11. usually take foods or supplements that may affect cognitive functions, such as docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), ginkgo leaf extract, tocotrienol, astaxanthin, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), phosphatidylserine, or plasmalogen

12. take blue-backed fish such as sardines, mackerel, or saury at least four times per week

13. use devices, equipment, and applications that may affect cognitive functions (such as brain training puzzles or brain training games)

14. have irregular sleeping time or habit due to work such as a late-night shift

15. are smokers or have quit smoking within 3 months before agreeing to participate

16. usually drink more than 60 g/day of alcohol

17. have irregular lifestyles (such as diet, exercise, or sleep)

18. have pollen allergy

19. are judged as ineligible to participate in this study by the physician
