総合病院に入院及び外来通院した脳損傷者
病前自動車運転をしており、運転再開を希望した者
医師から自動車運転評価の指示があった者
追跡期間中に運転再開の可否が決定された者

英語
Individuals with brain injury who were hospitalized or received outpatient treatment at a general hospital.
Those who drove before the injury and wished to resume driving.
Those who were referred for driving evaluation by a physician.
Those whose driving resumption status (resumption or non-resumption) was determined during the follow-up period.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
運転免許の停止や拒否を受けることとなる一定の病気等（認知症、てんかん、視野欠損など）があり、医師から運転適性なしとすでに判断されている者。
追跡期間中に再発や、運転支援外来の自己中断により運転再開の可否について追跡が困難であった者。

英語
Those with certain medical conditions (such as dementia, epilepsy, visual field defects, etc.) that would result in suspension or denial of driving license, and who have already been deemed unfit to drive by a physician.
Those whose follow-up regarding the feasibility of driving resumption became difficult during the follow-up period due to recurrence of their condition or self-discontinuation of driving support outpatient services.
