免疫細胞検査としてNK細胞活性、Two-color CD16/CD56を計測する。炎症性サイトカイン検査としてTNFα、IL-6 を計測する。

介入群には３か月間の運動介入と栄養介入を行う。運動介入は１日の目標歩数とレジスタンストレーニングを指導。栄養介入は栄養補助食品を運動後と任意の時間帯の1日2回摂取指導。

The intervention group will receive a 3-month exercise intervention and nutritional intervention. The exercise intervention will involve guidance on the target number of steps to walk per day and resistance training. The nutritional intervention will involve guidance on taking nutritional supplements twice a day, after exercise and at any time of day.

① 同意取得時の年齢が18歳以上
② 血液がん治療後、外来通院中のサバイバー
③ スマートフォンを所持している患者
④ 本研究の参加について同意した患者
⑤ AWGS2019によるサルコペニア診断基準（Chen LM, , et al. 2020）によりサルコペニアありに該当した者

1 Age 18 or older at the time of obtaining consent
2 Survivors undergoing outpatient treatment after treatment for blood cancer
3 Patients who own a smartphone
4 Patients who have consented to participate in this study
5 Those who meet the criteria for sarcopenia according to the AWGS 2019 sarcopenia diagnostic criteria (Chen LM, et al. 2020)

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

① 運動器疾患や脳血管疾患等により身体機能評価に影響を及ぼす患者
② 合併症により身体機能評価が困難な患者
③ 精神疾患やその他の合併症によりアンケートに返答できない患者
④ 担当医が研究への参加を不適切と判断した患者

1. Patients whose physical function assessment is affected by musculoskeletal disorders, cerebrovascular disorders, etc.

2. Patients whose physical function assessment is difficult due to complications

3. Patients who are unable to respond to questionnaires due to mental disorders or other complications

4. Patients whose attending physician deems participation in the study to be inappropriate
