目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
膵癌と診断された患者を研究対象群とし、膵癌ではないと診断された患者を疾患対象群とする。両群から採取した尿を用いてN-NOSEを行い、血液を採取し腫瘍マーカーおよび血中膵酵素を検査する。得られたN-NOSE indexと腫瘍マーカー値によるがんと非がんの分離能を、stage別そして部位別に比較検討し評価する.

Patients diagnosed with pancreatic cancer will be included in the study group, while those diagnosed as non-pancreatic cancer will form the control group. Urine samples from both groups will be tested using N-NOSE, and blood samples will be analyzed for tumor markers and pancreatic enzymes. The discriminatory ability of the N-NOSE index and tumor marker values to distinguish cancer from non-cancer will be evaluated and compared by cancer stage and tumor location.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1）昭和大学病院消化器内科に入院又は通院中の患者で、膵癌、膵腫瘤、膵嚢胞性病変、膵管拡張、慢性膵炎を認めた患者。
2）同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上である患者。
3）本研究への参加について本人から文書により同意が得られた患者。

Patients hospitalized or receiving outpatient care at the Division of Gastroenterology, Showa University Hospital, diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, pancreatic mass, pancreatic cystic lesions, pancreatic duct dilation, or chronic pancreatitis.
Patients aged 20 years or older at the time of consent acquisition.
Patients who have provided written informed consent to participate in this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1） 膵癌以外の悪性腫瘍を併発している患者
2） 癌の既往がある患者
3） 研究担当医師の判断により不適格と判断した患者。

腹部超音波検査、CTおよびMRIで、膵腫瘤、膵管拡張、膵嚢胞性病変、慢性膵炎を認めた患者から、膵癌と診断された患者を研究対象群とし、膵癌ではないと診断された患者を疾患対象群とする。両群から採取した尿を用いてN-NOSEを行い、血液を採取し腫瘍マーカーおよび血中膵酵素を検査する。得られたN-NOSE indexと腫瘍マーカー値によるがんと非がんの分離能を、stage別そして部位別に比較検討し評価する。

Patients diagnosed with pancreatic mass, pancreatic duct dilation, pancreatic cystic lesions, or chronic pancreatitis based on abdominal ultrasound, CT, or MRI will be classified into two groups: those diagnosed with pancreatic cancer (study group) and those diagnosed as non-pancreatic cancer (control group). Urine samples from both groups will be analyzed using N-NOSE, while blood samples will be tested for tumor markers and pancreatic enzymes. The discriminatory ability of the N-NOSE index and tumor marker values in distinguishing cancer from non-cancer will be evaluated and compared by cancer stage and tumor location.
