認知機能リハビリテーション用ソフトJcores（Japanese Cognitive Rehabilitation Programme for Schizophrenia）のタブレット版を用いた、対面と自宅での学習を組み合わせたリハビリテーションプログラム。被験者は合計12週間、週に1回治療機関に来所する。週に1時間自宅でコンピュータゲームを用いた遠隔トレーニングを受け、週に1回のみ治療機関に来所し、1時間のコンピュータゲームによるトレーニングと1時間の言語グループを受ける。

A rehabilitation program that combines face-to-face and home-based learning using the tablet version of Jcores (Japanese Cognitive Rehabilitation Programme for Schizophrenia) software: The subjects will visit the treatment center once a week for a total of 12 weeks. They will receive remote training using computer games at home for one hour a week, and will visit the treatment center once a week for one hour of computer game training and one hour of group meeting sessions.

PC版認知機能リハビリテーション用ソフトJcores（Japanese Cognitive Rehabilitation Programme for Schizophrenia）を用いた、リハビリテーションプログラム。被験者は合計12週間、週に2回治療機関に来所する。そのうちの1回は、1時間のコンピュータゲームによるトレーニングのみを行い、もう1回は、1時間のコンピュータゲームによるトレーニングと1時間の言語グループを受ける。

Rehabilitation program using Jcores (Japanese Cognitive Rehabilitation Programme for Schizophrenia), PC-based cognitive rehabilitation software: The subjects will visit the treatment center twice a week for a total of 12 weeks. One of these visits will consist of one hour of computer game training only, and the other will consist of one hour of computer game training and one hour of group meeting sessions.

Those who are diagnosed with schizophrenia (F20 in ICD-10: International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision) and are receiving outpatient treatment
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

（３） 脳器質疾患・頭部外傷・意識障害・てんかん・中枢神経疾患の既往歴
