目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
健常成人ボランティアを対象に悪心・嘔吐を改善させるツボ「内関」を指圧刺激した時、fMRIで測定される脳血流増加部位として前頭前野と扁桃体、延髄の嘔吐中枢に変化がみられるのではないかという仮説を検証する。また、術後悪心嘔吐のリスク因子が高い人と低い人で信号変化に強弱があるかを観察する。

This study aims to investigate the effects of acupressure stimulation at the Neiguan (PC6) point on brain activity in healthy adult volunteers, using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). Specifically, we hypothesize that PC6 stimulation will induce changes in cerebral blood flow in the prefrontal cortex, amygdala, and medullary vomiting center. Additionally, we will examine whether the magnitude of signal changes differs between individuals with high and low risk factors for postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV).

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

倫理委員会の承認日から2028年3月31日の間に研究者の所属機関で募集し、参加意欲のある健常成人ボランティアを対象とする。
下記の選択基準を全て満たし、かつ除外基準のいずれにも該当しない研究対象者を対象とする。
20歳以上の健常成人ボランティアで本研究の参加に関して文書で同意が得られたボランティア

Recruitment will take place at the researcher's affiliated institution between the date of approval by the ethics committee and March 31, 2028, targeting healthy adult volunteers who are willing to participate.
Participants must meet all of the inclusion criteria and must not fall under any of the exclusion criteria.
Eligible participants are healthy adult volunteers aged 20 years or older who have provided written informed consent to participate in this study.

重度精神疾患、精神症状を合併しているボランティア
閉所恐怖症・暗所恐怖症の既往があるボランティア
体内に金属を有するボランティア
妊娠中の女性

Volunteers with severe systemic complications, such as heart failure, renal failure, liver failure, or respiratory failure.
Volunteers with severe mental disorders or associated psychiatric symptoms.
Volunteers with a history of claustrophobia or nyctophobia.
Volunteers with metal implants in their bodies.
Pregnant women.
