CYP3A5の遺伝子多型の違いに注目し、タクロリムスの血中濃度を予測する方法を確立し、短期間に適格に目標血中濃度を達成できる手法を確立することを目的とする。

タクロリムスおよび代謝産物の血中および尿中濃度を、投与後24時間まで、定期的に測定する。
