麻酔導入時の患者反応消失時のレミマゾラム効果部位濃度を観察することで全身麻酔中の投与の指標となるかを検討する。

We will investigate whether the effect of remimazolam on the concentration of the drug at the site of action when the patient's response to the induction of anesthesia disappears can be used as an indicator for administration during general anesthesia.

本研究の参加にあたり充分な説明を受けた後、患者本人の自由意志による文書同意が得られた患者

Patients who have given their written consent of their own free will after being fully explained about the research.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1）ASA（アメリカ麻酔学会）分類 III以上の患者
2）年齢が80歳以上の患者
3) 脳神経系疾患の既往のある患者
4) 術前にベンゾジアゼピン系睡眠薬を常用している患者
5）その他研究責任医師又は分担医師が本治験の対象として不適切と判断した患者

1) Patients with ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) classification III or higher
2) Patients aged 80 years or older
3) Patients with a history of neurological disease
4) Patients who regularly take benzodiazepine sleeping pills before surgery
5) Patients who the principal investigator or sub-investigator deems unsuitable for this clinical trial

血圧、心拍数、体温、脳波（BIS値）、レミマゾラム効果部位濃度を麻酔導入後から麻酔終了時まで（自動麻酔記録装置から1分毎に記録を抽出）

Gender, age, height, weight, American Society of Anesthesiologists anesthesia risk classification
Patient response When the patient loses consciousness and regains consciousness, the effect site concentration of remimazolam and the effect site concentration of remifentanil
Blood pressure, heart rate, body temperature, electroencephalogram (BIS value), and the effect site concentration of remimazolam from the time of induction of anesthesia to the time of the end of anesthesia (extracting the record every minute from the automatic anesthesia recorder)
