3）本研究の参加に関して研究対象者本人からの自由意思による同意が文書で得られた者

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1）精神疾患の罹患または既往がある者
2）インターネット接続が困難な方
3）研究指示の理解が困難な者
4）研究者が本研究を実施するために不適当と判断した者

2) Subjects who have difficulty accessing the internet
3) Subjects who have difficulty understanding research instructions
4) Subjects who are judged as unsuitable for participation in this study
