1. 同意取得時の年齢が65歳以上の男女
2. 本研究について十分な説明を受け、内容を理解することができ、本人による文書同意が得られる者

1. Subjects aged 65 years or older at the time of obtaining consent
2. Subjects who have been fully informed about the study and understand its contents, and who can sign a written informed consent
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1. 主治医から運動の実施を制限されている、もしくは本研究への参加承諾が得られない者
2. 胃切除、胃腸縫合術、腸管切除など消化器系に大きな手術歴のある者
3. 本研究への参加の同意取得前1ヶ月以内に他の臨床試験・モニター試験（ただし観察研究を除く）に参加していた者
4. その他、研究責任者および総括医師が本研究の対象として不適切と判断した者

1. Subjects who are restricted from exercising by their physician or who cannot obtain consent from their physician to participate in this study
2. Subjects who have a history of major gastrointestinal surgery, such as gastrectomy, gastroenterostomy, or intestinal resection
3. Subjects who have participated in other clinical trials (except observational studies) within one month before obtaining consent to participate in this study
4. Subjects who are deemed inappropriate by the research director or physician to participate in this study

加齢に伴い腸内細菌叢の多様性や腸管バリア機能が低下し、筋肉量や筋力に影響を及ぼすことが報告されている。本研究は、高齢者を対象にケース・コントロールサンプリングを行い、腸内環境とフレイルの関連を明らかにする。

It has been reported that the diversity of gut microbiota and intestinal barrier function decrease with aging, which affects muscle mass and muscle strength. In this study, we will conduct a case-control sampling of elderly subjects to clarify the relationship between gut environment and frailty.
