目的/Objectives

日本語
甘酒の摂取前後で、便を採取しその細菌叢や含有代謝物を解析することで、甘酒摂取による腸内細菌叢や産生される代謝物への影響を明らかにすること
甘酒の摂取前後で、身体測定、生活習慣調査、食事摂取調査、採血なども行うことで、甘酒摂取前後でのそれらの変化を解析し、腸内細菌叢や便中代謝物と併せて評価することで、甘酒の健康状態への影響を評価する

To clarify the effects of amazake intake on the gut microbiota composition and the metabolites produced by collecting stool samples before and after amazake consumption and analyzing the gut microbiota and its metabolic compounds.
To assess the impact of amazake on overall health by conducting body measurements, lifestyle surveys, dietary intake assessments, and blood tests before and after amazake consumption to analyze changes in these parameters combining with evaluations of gut microbiota and fecal metabolites.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

・健康ラボステーション、医薬基盤・健康・栄養研究所により実施された研究「生活習慣と常在微生物叢の関連に関する研究」の参加者であること
・参加希望者に対する説明会に参加し、研究への参加を希望していること
・これまでの観察研究で得られたビタミンB1摂取量、便中酪酸産生菌割合、便中酪酸・酢酸含有量を測定していること

Participants must be part of the study "Research on the Relationship Between Lifestyle Habits and Resident Microbiota" conducted by the Health Lab Station and the National Institutes of Biomedical Innovation, Health, and Nutrition.
Participants must attend an explanatory session and express their willingness to participate in the study.
Previously collected data from observational studies, including vitamin B1 intake, the proportion of butyrate-producing bacteria in stool, and the levels of butyrate and acetate in stool, must be available.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

継続して甘酒飲用を飲用している者、米や小麦、大豆に対してアレルギーを有する者、および対象者として不適切と考えられる者（例：試料を適切に採取できない者、健康診断結果などの情報を提供できない者、介入を継続して行うことが難しいと考えられる者(過去に甘酒摂取で体調不良を生じた経験がある者など)など）

Individuals who regularly consume amazake, those with allergies to rice, wheat, or soy, and those deemed unsuitable as participants (e.g., individuals unable to properly collect samples, unable to provide health examination results and related information, or those who may have difficulty continuing the intervention, such as those with a history of adverse reactions to amazake consumption)
