除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

気管挿管から48時間以内に抜管した患者、口腔または顔面に外傷のある患者、自身で口腔ケアを実施できる患者は除外する。また入院時または入院から48時間以内に肺炎と診断された患者は除外する。

Exclude patients who have been extubated within 48 hours of intubation, patients with oral or facial trauma, and patients who can perform oral care on their own. Patients diagnosed with pneumonia on admission or within 48 hours of admission are also excluded.
