本研究は、眼科疾患患者の電子カルテに記録された臨床情報を効率的に活用することを目指している。具体的には、頭部CTやMRI検査などの画像データを含む電子カルテ情報から、臨床情報を自動的に抽出する人工知能（AI）システムの開発を第一の目的とする。さらに、抽出された臨床情報を基に、眼科疾患の診断および最適な治療法を予測する AIシステムの開発を第二の目的とする。これにより、膨大な電子カルテデータを効率的に解析し、医療の質の向上に貢献することを目指す。

This research aims to efficiently utilize clinical information recorded in electronic medical records of patients with ophthalmologic diseases. Specifically, the primary objective is to develop an artificial intelligence (AI) system that automatically extracts clinical information from electronic medical record information, including image data from head CT and MRI examinations. Furthermore, the second objective is to develop an AI system that predicts the diagnosis and optimal treatment of ophthalmic diseases based on the extracted clinical information. Through this system, we aim to contribute to the improvement of the quality of medical care by efficiently analyzing the enormous amount of electronic medical record data.

2010年1月1日年から本研究終了時期の2028年6月30日までに京都府立医科大学附属病院眼科外来において眼科疾患と診断されたものを対象とする

The subjects must have been diagnosed with ophthalmologic diseases at the outpatient clinic of Kyoto Prefectural University Hospital between January 1, 2010 and June 30, 2028, the end of the study period.
