日本語
脊柱靱帯骨化症の病態の要因となりえる家族歴を解明することを目的とし、患者とその家族の血液検査、CT検査、レントゲン検査、遺伝子検査を実施し、病態との関連を検討する。

In order to clarify family history that may be a factor in the pathology of ossification of the spinal ligament, blood tests, CT scans, X-rays, and genetic tests will be conducted on patients and their families to examine any associations with the pathology.

遺伝的要因の解明の糸口となりうる可能性があるため、脊柱靱帯骨化症患者とその家族の検査、調査を実施し、遺伝的要素と病態との関連を検討する。

As this may provide clues to understanding the genetic factors, we will conduct tests and surveys on patients with ossification of the spinal ligament and their families to examine the relationship between genetic factors and the pathology.
