目的/Objectives

日本語
手足に冷えを自覚する性成熟期女性（18～39歳）を対象に、経穴温熱刺激LW群と通常LW群にランダムに割付け、3週間の装着による冷えの程度や冷えに共存する症状に対する効果を比較検討する。

Mature women (aged 18-39 years) with cold hypersensitivity in the hands and feet (CHHF) will be randomly allocated to the acupuncture thermal heat stimulation leg warmers group and the normal leg warmers group to compare the effects of 3 weeks of wear on the degree of CHHF and symptoms comorbid with CHHF.

割付けられたレッグウォーマーの3週間装着前後一週間記録したVisualAnalogue Scale (VAS)による手足の冷えと関連6症状の程度

Degree of coldness in hands and feet and six symptoms associated with coldness according to the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) after 3 weeks of wearing the allocated leg warmers recorded one week before and after the three-week wearing of the allocated leg warmers

割付けられたレッグウォーマーの3週間装着前後に記録した4件法による冷えに共存する15症状の自覚の頻度と程度

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

妊娠中、産後1年以内、授乳中、薬を服用中、漢方薬を服用中、3ヶ月以内に鍼灸治療を受けている、糖尿病、閉塞性動脈硬化症、バージャー病、膠原病、甲状腺機能低下症、甲状腺機能亢進症

Pregnant, within 1 year postpartum, breastfeeding, taking medicines, taking Kampo medicine, receiving acupuncture within 3 months, diabetes, arteriosclerosis obliterans, Buerger's disease, collagen disease, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism
