環境を整えた部屋にて、質問紙（多面的感情尺度短縮版）に回答を記入してもらう。自律神経活動を計測するためのワイヤレス心電計（GMC社Mem Calc/Banally Light）を装着し、心電計での計測を開始する。座位で安静を5分間保つ。その後、足浴（湯温40℃）を15分間実施する。足浴後、研究実施者が研究対象者の足の水分を拭き取る。座位で安静を5分間保ち、心電計での計測を終了し心電計を外す。その後、質問紙（多面的感情尺度短縮版）に回答を記入してもらう。

In a room with the appropriate environment, participants are asked to fill out a questionnaire (short version of the Multifaceted Emotion Scale). A wireless electrocardiogram (GMC Mem Calc/Banally Light) is attached to measure autonomic nerve activity, and measurement with the electrocardiogram begins. The participants are asked to remain at rest in a seated position for 5 minutes. After that, they are given a foot bath (water temperature 40C) for 15 minutes. After the foot bath, the researcher wipes the moisture off the participants' feet. The participants are asked to remain at rest in a seated position for 5 minutes, after which measurement with the electrocardiogram is stopped and the electrocardiogram is removed. After that, participants are asked to fill out a questionnaire (short version of the Multifaceted Emotion Scale).

環境を整えた部屋にて、質問紙（多面的感情尺度短縮版）に回答を記入してもらう。自律神経活動を計測するためのワイヤレス心電計（GMC社Mem Calc/Banally Light）を装着し、心電計での計測を開始する。座位で安静を25分間保ち、時間が経過したら心電計での計測を終了し心電計を外す。その後、質問紙（多面的感情尺度短縮版）に回答を記入してもらう。
