選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
１，DSM-5のアルツハイマー型認知症の診断基準を満たす。
２，MMSEが1から22点である。
３，NPI-Qの興奮・攻撃性のスコアの重症度が2以上である。
４，抑肝散または抗精神病薬（CP換算で200mg以下）を内服している。
５，抗認知症薬、睡眠薬などの併用は条件付きで許可をする。

1. Meets the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for Alzheimer's disease
2. MMSE score is 1-22
3. NPI-Q agitation/aggression score is 2 or higher
4. Takes Yokukansan or antipsychotics (CP equivalent: 200mg or less)
5. Concomitant use of anti-dementia drugs, sleeping pills, etc. is permitted under certain conditions
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
１，AD以外の認知症を併存している。
２，統合失調症、気分障害、不安障害、薬物・物質中毒、せん妄、または人格障害を併存している。
３，脳血管障害、腎機能障害、神経疾患などの深刻な身体疾患に罹患している。
４，研究責任者または主治医が被験者として不適当と判断した者。

1, Comorbid dementia other than Alzheimer's disease.
2, Comorbid schizophrenia, mood disorder, anxiety disorder, drug/substance addiction, delirium, or personality disorder.
3, Serious physical illnesses such as cerebrovascular disease, renal dysfunction, and neurological disease.
4, The principal investigator or attending physician determines that the subject is unsuitable for the study.
