昭和のむかし話を描いたある絵本を認知機能低下のある高齢者と介護者が一緒に読み、その内容に関する昔話をすることによる高齢者の精神症状、認知機能、QOLや介護者の介護負担感やQOLに与える影響を調べる。

This study aims to examine the effects of reading a picture book depicting old tales from the Showa era together with elderly with cognitive decline and their caregivers, and telling old stories related to the book's contents, on the psychiatric symptoms, cognitive function, and QOL in elderly with cognitive declien, as well as the sense of care burden and QOL in caregivers.

研究開始８週間後に本人と介護者のQOLをWHOQOL26およびShort QOL-Dを用いて評価する。

We will be evaluated the QOL of the patients and their caregivers using the WHOQOL26 and Short QOL-D at eight weeks after the start of the study.

DSM-5の軽度認知障害または認知症の診断基準を満たす高齢者

Elderly met by the diagnostic criteria of mild cognitive impairment or neurocognitive disorder according to DSM-5.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1．統合失調症やうつ病などの精神疾患のため認知機能低下を呈する高齢者
2. 重度の認知症で絵本の内容を理解できない高齢者

1. Elderly with cognitive decline due to mental illnesses such as schizophrenia or depression
2. Elderly people with severe dementia who cannot understand the contents of a picture book
