本研究の目的は、余暇活動の楽しさを想起する言語的交流を実施し、脳卒中後の意識障害が即時的に改善するか検討することである。

作業療法として離床訓練を1回実施する。その中で実験群は余暇活動の楽しさを想起する言語的交流を実施する。そして作業療法の実施前後で、主要アウトカムを検討する。

One session of mobilization training will be conducted as occupational therapy. The experimental group will engage in linguistic interactions recalling the enjoyment of leisure activities. The main outcomes will be examined before and after occupational therapy is implemented.

作業療法として離床訓練を1回実施する。その中で対照群は楽しさを想起しない一般的な言語的交流を実施する。そして作業療法の実施前後で、主要アウトカムを検討する。

脳卒中患者であること
意識障害の診断が確定している対象者
作業療法の処方がある対象者

英語
Being a stroke patient.
Subjects with a confirmed diagnosis of impaired disorders of consciousness.
Subjects with a prescription for occupational therapy.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
重篤な障害が合併している対象者
主治医から離床訓練を許可されていない対象者
失語症による発話障害や理解障害を認める対象者
鎮静剤や抗精神病薬、睡眠薬を服用している対象者
血液検査所見が異常である対象者（C反応性蛋白が0.14mg/dL以上、カルシウムが10.1mg/dL以上、ナトリウムが138～145mmol/L以外）

Subjects with serious complications.
Subjects who have not been authorized for mobilization training by their attending physician.
Subjects with speech and comprehension impairments due to aphasia.
Subjects taking sedatives, antipsychotics, or sleeping pills.
Subjects with abnormal blood test results(C-reactive protein is 0.14 mg/dL or higher, Calcium is 10.1 mg/dL or higher, Sodium is not between 138 and 145 mmol/L)
