目的/Objectives

１型糖尿病では合併症や治療にかかわる心理学的ストレスが大きい。そのために、心理学的ストレスに配慮した介入が必要とされる 。この心理学的ストレスに配慮した介入の効果を評価するには信頼性と妥当性の高い質問票を使用することが必要である。「T1-Diabetes Distress Scale」 (T1-DDS)は１型糖尿病に特化した患者の心理学的ストレスを評価する尺度である 。本研究の目的は日本版T1-DDSの信頼性と妥当性を検討することである

In type 1 diabetes, psychological stress related to complications and treatment is significant. Therefore, interventions that consider psychological stress are essential. To evaluate the effectiveness of such interventions, it is necessary to use a questionnaire with high reliability and validity. The "T1-Diabetes Distress Scale" (T1-DDS) is a scale specifically designed to assess the psychological stress of patients with type 1 diabetes. The purpose of this study is to examine the reliability and validity of the Japanese version of the T1-DDS.
