2017年1月から2023年7月までに原発性低位直腸腺癌に対して手縫い結腸肛門吻合術を伴う低侵襲TMEを受けた18歳以上の患者

Patients 18 years or older of age who underwent minimally invasive TME with hand-sewn coloanal anastomosis for primary low rectal adenocarcinoma between January 2017 and July 2023
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
再発腫瘍、多発性原発腫瘍、神経内分泌腫瘍や消化管間質腫瘍などの非腺がん、開腹手術、緊急手術、多臓器切除/骨盤内臓全摘、ステープル吻合、ストーマを有するDCAA、ストーマを有しないICAA。

Tumor-related exclusion criteria included recurrent tumors, multiple primary tumors, and non-adenocarcinomas such as neuroendocrine tumors and gastrointestinal stromal tumors. The procedure-related exclusion criteria included open surgery, emergency surgery, and multivisceral resection/pelvic exenteration. Stapled coloanal anastomosis, DCAA with a diverting stoma, and ICAA without a diverting stoma were also excluded.
