本研究の目的は、脳卒中後の在宅生活患者に対し介護施設で利用する自主リハビリ装置を開発し、その効果を確認するものである。

開発したリハビリ装置は、手指や手関節を自由に動かすことができるアームサポートと臥位や座位で空間内で自由に動かすことのできる懸架装置で構成されている。練習内容はリーチ運動や物品操作、また洗体動作などのADL練習も実施できる。対象者は装置を用いて4種類の介入を実施する。各介入の所要時間は15分（休憩時間含み約100回程度の反復運動）とし4種類トータル60分間の練習を行う。

The developed rehabilitation device consists of an arm support that allows the fingers and wrists to move freely, and a suspension device that allows the patient to move freely in space while lying or sitting. Training includes reach exercises, object manipulation, and ADL exercises such as body washing. Subjects will use the device to perform four types of interventions. Each intervention takes 15 minutes (approximately 100 repetitions including breaks), and a total of 60 minutes of 4 types of practice are performed.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

脳卒中発症から6ヶ月以降経過し上肢Brunnstrom Recovery Stage３以上の運動麻痺を有するもの。本人が口頭、紙面での説明が理解でき、本研究への同意が得られるもの。本介入の対象として適切であり、通常臨床の範囲として主治医の承諾が得られるもの。

Those with motor paralysis of upper extremity Brunnstrom Recovery Stage 3 or higher, more than 6 months after stroke onset. The applicant must be able to understand verbal and written explanations and consent to this research. Those who are appropriate for this intervention and who can obtain the consent of the attending physician as part of normal clinical practice.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
肩関節から手指までに整形疾患を有するもの。手部の皮膚に脆弱さがあるもの。重度高次脳機能障害があり自主訓練の理解、遂行が難しいと判断されるもの。

Those with orthopedic disease from the shoulder joint to the fingers. Those with fragile skin on their hands. Those who have severe higher brain dysfunction and are judged to have difficulty understanding and performing self-training.
