選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

進行胃癌が疑われる腫瘍もしくは他院で進行胃癌と診断されている腫瘍に対し内視鏡生検が予定されている

Endoscopic biopsy of a tumor suspected of advanced gastric cancer or diagnosed as advanced gastric cancer

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
①他院での生検で腺癌以外の病理組織型(リンパ腫など)が確認されている。
②高度出血リスク、もしくは各施設における「消化器内視鏡診療における抗血栓治療薬の休薬基準」に準じた抗血栓薬の休薬が困難な患者。
③その他、研究分担医師が対象として不適当と判断した患者。

1.Biopsy at another hospital confirms a histopathological type other than adenocarcinoma.
2.Patients who are at high risk of bleeding or who are unable to withdraw antithrombotic drugs according to Criteria for Withdrawal of Antithrombotic Drugs in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Practice.
3.Other patients deemed inappropriate for inclusion by the study investigator.
