選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1.35-65歳の方
2.睡眠に何らかの悩み（入眠困難、中途覚醒、早朝覚醒等）がある方
3.被検品の香りを不快に感じない方
4.睡眠時間（就床時間）が6時間以上の方

1.Aged between 35 and 65 years
2.Persons with any kind of sleep-related problem (difficulty falling asleep, nocturnal awakening, early morning awakening, etc.)
3.Persons who do not find the aroma of the test product unpleasant
4.Persons who have more than six hours of sleep duration (time in bed) per day

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.以下に関わる薬を服用（常用）している方、持病・治療中の疾患がある方
1-a）嗅覚に関わる疾患をお持ちの方
1-b）認知機能障害のある方
1-c）呼吸器系疾患、脳神経系疾患（意識消失、昏睡、痙攣等）、精神疾患のある方
1-d）化学物質過敏症の方
1-e) 睡眠に関する病気、障害（睡眠時無呼吸症候群など）をお持ちの方
1-f）心疾患のある方
1-g）ペースメーカーを使用されている方
2.不規則な生活の方（昼夜逆転、交代勤務など）
3.皮膚がかぶれやすい方（心電計や簡易脳波計の電極が粘着性のため）
4.マラソン、水泳、トライアスロン等持久競技にプロレベルで取り組まれている方

1.Currently taking (regularly using) medications for any of the following or has a chronic illness or disease under treatment.
1-a)An olfactory disorder
1-b)Cognitive dysfunction
1-c)Respiratory, neurological, or psychiatric disease
1-d)Chemical sensitivity
1-e)A sleep disorder
1-f)Heart disease
1-g)Pacemaker use
2.Engaged in shiftwork or keeps irregular hours (reversed sleep/wake cycle, etc.)
3.Prone to skin rashes (because the electrodes used for electrocardiography and simple electroencephalography are adhesive)
4.Participates in a competitive endurance sport such as distance running, swimming, or triathlon at an elite level (places high in competitions)
