本研究の目的は、児出生後のコペアレンティングを促すため、妊娠期カップルを対象とした予防的介入プログラムを開発し、実現可能性と受容性、妊娠期における予備的な有効性を評価することである。

The purpose of this study is to develop a preventive intervention program for pregnant couples to encourage coparenting after birth, and to evaluate its feasibility, acceptability and preliminary effect during pregnancy.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1) 妊娠22-27週の第一子妊娠中のカップル
2) カップルから文書での同意がある（調査対象は妊婦）

1) Pregnant couples with their first child at 22-27 weeks gestation
2) Both couples agree in writing (Study subjects are pregnant women.)
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1) 胎児の異常や産科合併症の指摘
2) カップルいずれかに精神疾患の診断、妊婦の抑うつ症状が疑われる（CES-D得点≧16点）
3) カップル間DVについて継続的な個別支援がある
4) 児が出生してから3ヶ月以上、カップルは別居予定
5) 日本語の読み書きができない

1) a fetal abnormality, an obstetric complication
2) either or both couple have mental illness or a pregnant woman with depressive symptoms (CES-D score of 16 or more)
3) an individualized support for DV between couples
4) a couple planning to separate for at least 3 months postpartum
5) cannot read or write Japanese
