ナッジで設計したチラシで体重測定の有用性について情報提供すると、体重測定行動を促進できるという仮説の下、チラシの効果を調べることを目的とした。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of flyers designed using the Nudge method in promoting self-weighing behavior, based on the hypothesis that providing information on the usefulness of self-weighing in flyers would encourage self-weighing behavior.
