日本語
親子の愛着形成過程において、親と子の心拍変動が同期する現象が発生していることが報告されている。申請者らは、この現象を数値化するための解析手法を開発した。本研究では、この解析手法を用い、親子の心拍変動の同期現象の発生機序を詳細に解明することを目的としている。そのため、親の背景によって心拍変動に数値的な差異が認められるか、また、親以外の保育者においてもこの現象に違いが見られるかどうかを、質問紙調査および行動観察手法を用いて分析する。

It has been reported that the phenomenon of synchronization of parent-child heart rate variability occurs during the attachment formation process between parents and children. The applicants have developed an analytical method to quantify this phenomenon. The purpose of this study is to elucidate the detailed mechanism of the occurrence of the synchronization phenomenon of heart rate variability between parents and children by using this analytical method. To this end, a questionnaire survey and behavioral observation technique will be used to analyze whether numerical differences in heart rate variability can be observed depending on parental background, and whether differences in this phenomenon can also be observed in caregivers other than parents.

【親子】
(1)親の年齢が２０歳以上（同意取得時）で、子の年齢が生後5ヵ月以上7ヵ月未満であること。
(2)子は正期産（37週0日から41週6日）であること。
(3)母と子（一人）、または、父と子（一人）の組み合わせで参加いただける方。
(4)お子様の性別は問わない。
(5)お子さんの代諾者は親御さんであること。
(6)日本語によるコミュニケーションが取れて、日本語による文書同意が得られる方。

【親以外の第三者】
(1)年齢が20歳以上（同意取得時）であること。
(2)対象となる親の性別と同一であること。
(3)自身の育児経験がない(職業上、長期間にわたる子供との接触経験がない)こと。
(4)看護、保育に関わる専門教育を受けていること(母性・小児実習を終了した学部生含む)。
(5)日本語によるコミュニケーションが取れて、日本語による文書同意が得られる方。

[Parents and children]
(1) Parents must be at least 20 years of age (at the time consent is obtained) and the child must be between 5 and 7 months of age.
(2)The child must be in full term (37 weeks 0 days to 41 weeks 6 days).
(3) Mother and child (one) or father and child (one) must be able to participate.
(4)The child's gender is not required.
(5)The substitute for the child must be a parent.
(6)The applicant must be able to communicate in Japanese and give written consent in Japanese.

[Third parties other than parents]
(1) Age must be 20 years or older (at the time of consent).
(2) The gender of the child must be the same as that of the intended parent.
(3)Have no experience in child care themselves (no professional experience with children over an extended period of time).
(4)Have a professional education related to nursing or childcare (including undergraduates who have completed maternal/pediatric training).
(5)The applicant must be able to communicate in Japanese and give written consent in Japanese.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1)重篤な精神症状(重度の認知機能障害、重度の抑うつ状態)がある
(2)重度な皮膚疾患がある場合。
(3)その他、医師および助産師、看護師が調査への参加を不適当と判断した場合
