総胆管大結石を有する患者

英語
Patients with large common bile duct stones

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 経十二指腸乳頭的アプローチ以外(十二指腸乳頭到達が困難)
2) 術後再建腸管例
3) 胆管狭窄例
4) 総胆管径が十分でない例
5) すでに何らかの乳頭処置が施行されている例
6) Informed consentの得られない例
7) 担当医師により研究実施が不適当と判断された例

1) Patients having difficulty in reaching the duodenal papilla
2) Patients with surgically altered anatomy
3) Patients with bile duct stricture
4) Patients with insufficient common bile duct diameter
5) Patients who have undergone endoscopic sphincterotomy or papillary balloon dilation
6) Patients without informed consent
7) Inappropriate patients for entry on this study in the judgement of their research investigator or physician
