本研究では以下を明らかにする。
１） テスト食＊に対する食事摂取速度、食べる順番の再現性の検討
２） テスト食＊に対する食事摂取速度と代謝パラメーター（BMI、SMI、体脂肪量、HbA1c、eGFR、UA、T-Chol, TG、HDL-C、non HDL-C、血圧、握力）の関連
３） テスト食に対する食事摂取速度と咀嚼回数の関連
４） テスト食に対する食事摂取速度と食物摂取頻度調査による栄養素摂取との関連

This study will clarify the following
1) Investigate the reproducibility of meal intake rate and eating order for the test meal*.
2) The relationship between meal intake speed and metabolic parameters (BMI, SMI, body fat mass, HbA1c, eGFR, UA, T-Chol, TG, HDL-C, non-HDL-C, blood pressure, and grip strength) in response to the test meal
3) Relationship between the speed of food intake and the number of times of chewing for the test meal
4) Relationship between the speed of food intake on the test meal and nutrient intake based on the food intake frequency survey

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

テスト食に対する食事摂取速度、食べる順番が1回目と2回目で異なるかについて、対応のあるt検定（もしくは正規分布でない場合は、ウィルコクソンの符号付き順位検定）で比較する。

The speed of food intake for the test meal and whether the order of eating differs from the first to the second meal is compared by a corresponding t-test (or Wilcoxon signed rank test if the distribution is not normal).

1. 本研究の参加にあたり、十分な説明を受けた後に、十分な理解の上に、
本人の自由意志による文書同意が得られた被験者
2. 同意取得時に20歳以上60歳未満の被験者
