除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 悪性腫瘍、心不全、心筋梗塞の治療中もしくは既往歴がある者

2. ペースメーカーや植え込み型除細動器を埋め込んでいる者

3. 以下の慢性疾患で治療中の者
不整脈、肝障害、慢性腎臓病、脳血管障害、リウマチ性疾患、糖尿病、脂質異常症、高血圧症、出血性疾患、低血圧、その他の慢性疾患

4. 特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品を摂取している者

5. 血管内皮機能に影響を及ぼす可能性のある食品/飲料 (プロシアニジン、ラクトトリペプチド、黒大豆ポリフェノール、エラスチンペプチドなど) を摂取している者

6. 医薬品 (漢方薬を含む) ・サプリメントを摂取/使用している者

7. アレルギー (医薬品・試験品関連食品) がある者、特に柑橘類アレルギーがある者

8. 勤務形態が不規則な者

9. 激しい運動を行っている者

10. 適正飲酒量 {1日の平均飲酒量が純アルコールで約20 g程度の飲酒 (ビール中瓶で1本500 mL、清酒で1合180 mL、焼酎で半合90 mL、ウィスキー・ブランデー (ダブル) で1杯60 mL、ワインで約1.5杯180 mL、缶チューハイで約1.5缶500 mL)} を超えて毎日飲酒している者

11. 妊娠中、授乳中、あるいは試験期間中に妊娠する意思のある者

12. 同意取得日の2週間前から介入期間終了後2週間以内に手術を予定している者

13. 同意取得日以前の28日間において他の臨床試験に参加していた者、あるいは試験期間中に参加予定のある者

14. その他、試験責任医師が本試験の対象として不適切と判断した者

Individuals who/whose
1. are undergoing medical treatment or have a medical history of malignant tumor, heart failure, or myocardial infarction

2. have a pacemaker or an implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD)

3. are currently undergoing treatment for any of the following chronic diseases: cardiac arrhythmia, liver disorder, chronic kidney disease, cerebrovascular disorder, rheumatic disease, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, hypertension, hemorrhagic disease, hypotension, or any other chronic diseases

4. are taking "Foods for Specified Health Uses" or "Foods with Functional Claims"

5. usually take foods or beverages that may affect the vascular endothelial function (such as procyanidins, lactotripeptide, black soybean polyphenols, elastin peptides)

6. are taking or using medications (including herbal medicines) or supplements

7. are allergic to medicines and foods related to the test product, particularly who show allergic reactions to citrus fruit

8. working form is irregular

9. engage in intense exercise

10. usually drink to excess (average of more than about 20 g/day as absolute alcohol intake) {500 mL: a medium bottle of beer or about 1.5 cans of canned chu-hi, 180 mL: 1 go of sake or about 1.5 glasses of wine, 90 mL: half-go with shochu, 60 mL: a glass of whiskey brandy (double)}

11. are pregnant, lactating, or planning to become pregnant during this study

12. may undergo surgery during within the last two weeks before the agreement to participate in this study or within two weeks after the end of consumption

13. have been enrolled in other clinical studies within the last 28 days before the agreement to participate in this study or plan to participate in another study during this study

14. are judged as ineligible to participate in this study by the physician
