股関節手術を受ける高齢患者を対象に術後せん妄の新しい予防ケアとして術前に運動と認知介入を実施し、術後せん妄予防の有効性を検討する。

対象者は、手術前の14日間、パンフレットを用いて6種類の上半身の運動と、問題冊子（記憶、記憶、計算、後想起、言語、書字、図形描写、視覚など）を用いて1日10問の脳のトレーニングを行う。

For 14 days before the surgery, subjects will use a pamphlet to perform six types of upper body exercises, and will complete 10 brain training questions per day using a question booklet (memory, recall, calculation, later recall, language, writing, graphic description, visual perception, etc.).

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

全身麻酔で股関節の手術を受ける65歳以上の待機手術患者。

Elective surgery patients aged 65 years or older undergoing hip surgery under general anesthesia.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
認知症、術前にせん妄症状を認める患者。自身で運動と認知トレーニングができない患者。

英語
Patients with dementia, patients with delirium symptoms before surgery, and patients who are unable to perform exercise and cognitive training on their own.
