目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
京都大学医学部附属病院において、抗悪性腫瘍薬による治療（がん化学療法）を施行中、またはその可能性があるがん患者を対象に、腫瘍組織および非腫瘍組織の全ゲノム解析による遺伝子プロファイリングを行うことにより、治療効果および毒性に関連する体細胞遺伝子変異、遺伝子発現ならびに遺伝子多型の同定を行う。

At Kyoto University Hospital, genomic profiling through whole-genome analysis of tumor and non-tumor tissues will be conducted on cancer patients who are undergoing or may undergo treatment with cancer chemotherapy. This study aims to identify somatic gene mutations, gene expression patterns, and genetic polymorphisms associated with treatment efficacy and toxicity.

①がん化学療法を実施した、もしくは実施する予定のある固形がん患者
②同意取得時において年齢が18歳以上の者。
③以下に挙げる組織のうち、いずれか一つ以上が得られる患者
A.腫瘍組織：京都大学医学部附属病院で診療を受けた患者の余剰試料（生検検体、手術検体）
B.正常組織：京都大学医学部附属病院で診療を受けた患者の余剰試料（生検検体、手術検体）
１）京都大学医学部附属病院で診療を受けた患者の余剰試料
２）日常診療で採取される採血時に追加で採取する末梢血液試料（20 mL）
３）本研究のために新たに採取される口腔粘膜試料（口腔内スワブ擦過検体）および唾液
C.京都大学医学部附属病院クリニカルバイオリソースセンター 説明文書「生体試料の保管と将来の研究利用についての説明文書（医学教授会承認）」に同意が得られた試料（生検検体、手術検体、末梢血液試料）

(1) Patients with solid tumors who have undergone or are scheduled to undergo cancer chemotherapy.
(2) Individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of obtaining consent.
(3) Patients from whom at least one of the following types of tissue can be obtained:
A. Tumor tissue
Surplus biopsy or surgical specimens from patients treated at Kyoto University Hospital.
B. Normal tissue
Surplus biopsy or surgical specimens from patients treated at Kyoto University Hospital.
Surplus specimens from patients treated at Kyoto University Hospital.
Peripheral blood samples (20 mL) collected in addition to routine blood draws during regular clinical care.
Newly collected oral mucosal samples (oral swab) and saliva obtained specifically for this study.
C. Samples (biopsy specimens, surgical specimens, peripheral blood) from patients who have consented to the Clinical BioResource Center, Kyoto University Hospital's information document "Information on the Storage and Future Research Use of Biological Samples (approved by the Medical Faculty Council)."
