クレペリン検査の遂行に影響するような、視力障害があるもの。音楽の聞こえ方に影響するような聴覚障害があるもの。唾液分泌に影響する代謝疾患（甲状腺機能、貧血、低血糖、低蛋白血症など）があるもの。

正答数、アミラーゼ値の前後比較およびアミラーゼ値変化の条件間比較に有意差なし.POMS2[友好](p＝.04)でソルフェジオ音楽条件で有意に低く,NASA-TLX[タイムプレッシャー](p=.02)で一般音楽条件が有意に低く(p=.05),ソルフェジオ音楽条件においても低くなる傾向.ソルフェジオ音楽条件のみ,アミラーゼ値の変化と POMS2 における[友好](r=-.50, p=.00)[活気-活力](r=-.41, p=.02)に負の相関を認め,課題に対して上記2項目のポジティブな印象を持つ被験者ほど,アミラーゼ値が低くなる傾向.

No significant differences were found in correct responses or amylase levels across conditions. The Solfeggio music condition showed lower [Friendliness] (POMS2, p = .04), while [Time Pressure] (NASA-TLX) was lower under general music (p = .02) and tended to decrease with Solfeggio music (p = .05). Only in the Solfeggio condition, amylase changes negatively correlated with [Friendliness] (r = -0.50) and [Vigor-Activity] (r = -0.41).

被験者に書面を用いて内容を説明し,同意を得て行った.
一般音楽条件(440Hzを基準とする一般的な音階の音楽),ソルフェジオ音楽条件,無音条件の3条件下で,単純計算課題(内田クレペリン検査)を行い,その前後で唾液アミラーゼ検査を行うとともに,課題に対する主観的ストレス評価として,POMS2 短縮版とNASA-TLX を行い,各条件間のアミラーゼ値,主観的評定結果を比較した.なお内田クレペリン検査は 10
分間の施行とし,各条件の実施は 1 日以上の間隔を空け,極力同一の時間帯に行うように設定した.刺激音源は,一般的な音階で独自に作成した音楽(ハ長調,BPM120;一般音楽)と,それをもとにピッチ調整を施して,528Hz を含む音階に調整したもの(ソルフェジオ音楽)を用いた. 各条件の実施順序は被験者ごとで異なるように設定した。

The study was conducted after providing participants with a written explanation of the procedure and obtaining their informed consent. Participants performed a simple arithmetic task (Uchida-Kraepelin test) under three conditions: general music (music based on a standard scale tuned to 440 Hz), Solfeggio music, and silence. Salivary amylase levels were measured before and after each task as a physiological stress indicator. Additionally, subjective stress was assessed using the short form of the POMS2 and the NASA-TLX. Comparisons were made between conditions in terms of salivary amylase levels and subjective ratings.
The Uchida-Kraepelin test was administered for 10 minutes under each condition, with at least one day between sessions to minimize carryover effects. Testing was scheduled at approximately the same time of day for each participant to control for circadian variations. The auditory stimuli consisted of two types of music: an original composition in C major at 120 BPM using a standard scale (general music), and a pitch-adjusted version of the same composition incorporating Solfeggio frequencies including 528 Hz (Solfeggio music). The order of condition exposure was counterbalanced across participants.
