本研究では、ランダム化比較クロスオーバー試験を用いて、サウナ入浴および冷水浴を組み合わせた入浴方法（温冷交代浴）が心血管疾患の予測指標である動脈スティフネスに与える影響を検討することを目的とする。

10分間のサウナ入浴の後、冷水浴1分間、外気浴5分間を1セットとし、これを3セット実施する。
各入浴の温度設定は、サウナ浴86℃、冷水浴17℃とした。

Participants will undergo 10 minutes of sauna bathing, followed by 1 minute of cold-water immersion and 5 minutes of outdoor cooling, repeated as a set. This procedure will be performed for a total of 3 sets. Control: Participants will undergo 10 minutes of sauna bathing, followed by 1 minute of showering and 5 minutes of outdoor cooling, repeated as a set. This procedure will also be performed for a total of 3 sets. The temperature settings for each session are as follows: sauna bathing at 86 degrees Celsius, and cold-water immersion at 17 degrees Celsius.

3）介入に従うことができる者

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1) 健康診査に異常がある者
2) 重度の皮膚疾患や水風呂へのアレルギーがある者
